How do you ensure the beer stays fresh during shipping?

All our beers are stored in a temperature-controlled cold room at the brewery and are packed in heavy-duty, insulated cardboard dividers to prevent light exposure and temperature fluctuations during transit.

What is the standard delivery timeframe?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the domestic market due to international alcohol export regulations. We are working on expanding our reach to select international territories soon.

What should I do if my bottles arrive damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the broken items immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a full refund or a replacement shipment.

Are your beers vegan-friendly?

The majority of our core range is vegan-friendly. However, some of our specialty milk stouts or honey ales contain lactose or honey. Please check the 'Ingredients' section on each product page for specific dietary information.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed by our warehouse team for dispatch.
